By accessing or using Screenshot Maker ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Screenshot Maker is operated by Özgün Ergen ("we", "us", "our").
2. Service Description
Screenshot Maker is a web-based tool that allows users to create professional App Store and Google Play Store screenshots for their mobile applications. The Service provides templates, device mockups, and design tools to generate promotional images.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.
4. Payment and Subscription
The Service offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are processed through our payment partner, Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC).
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or via Lemon Squeezy.
- Refunds are handled in accordance with Lemon Squeezy's refund policy.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
- Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service itself
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, templates, code, and branding, is owned by Özgün Ergen and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your content: You retain ownership of the images and content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and display it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Generated screenshots: Screenshots you create using the Service are yours to use freely for their intended purpose (app store listings, marketing materials, etc.).
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any data associated with your account may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify users via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
